1. Advertisement copy shall be legal, decent, honest and truthful; shall comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other Codes under the general supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority: and shall comply with the requirements of current legislation.

2. FindaPony publishes advertisements provided by advertisers but give no warranty and makes no representation as to the truth, accuracy or sufficiency of any advertisement or any description, photograph or statement therein.

3. The Publisher reserves the right to make any alteration it considers necessary or desirable in an advertisement and to require artwork or copy to be amended to meet its approval.

4. FindaPony accepts no liability for any loss or injury suffered by any person as a consequence of reliance on any advertisement or other material in this publication.

5. FindaPony reserves the right to refuse any advertisement. Advertisers are advised to check their advertisement for errors as FindaPony assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions or for any consequences of reliance on this web site.

6. The placing of an order for the insertion of an advertisement shall amount to an acceptance of the above conditions and any conditions stipulated on an Agency's order form or elsewhere by an Agency or an Advertiser shall be void insofar as they are in conflict with them.

7. The Business Advertisement (Disclosure) Order 1977 requires all advertisements by people who seek to sell goods, in the course of a business, to make that fact clear. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with the above Order by using the word TRADE or Capital 'T'.

8. Refunds / substitutions cannot be given on cancellations of advertisements which have already been published on our Internet Web site

9. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to get permission to use photographs taken by a third person prior to them appearing on the website. FindaPony is not responsible for any fines or fees payable to the photographers.

10. FindaPony reserves the right to use any advertiser's advertisement, copy or picture - in any media to advertise the FindaPony website.

11. We may also place advertisements uploaded on the FindaPony website in selected third party publications that we feel may be to the benefit of the advertiser and/or FindaPony.
